BodyPump

BODYPUMP is a total body workout that will burn calories whilst shaping & toning your entire body. This class will iincrease your core strength & also improve bone health.

Our instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves, pumping out encouragement, motivation & great music – helping you achieve the most you can!

This session is 60 mins.

The Trip

THE TRIP ™ is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, this IMMERSIVE FITNESS ™ workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.

RPM

RPM ™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It's fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session**. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

ABT

Target your Abs, Butt, & Thighs like never before! This class is one of our most popular classes & once you try it you'll know exactly why. Using a mix of weights, bands & other equipment- this class is bound to make you burn!

HIIT

 A High Intensity Interval Training session using a variety of intermittent exercises such as burpees, sprints & plyometric exercises to push you to your 'red zone'. Studies have found that red zone training increases fat oxidization, increases calorie expenditure during & post workout, & improves anaerobic capacity. Bring a full tank of gas & NO excuses!!

Core & Cardio

A 45 minute class challenging a mix of intense, dynamic core-stabilising exercises & cardiovascular endurance to get your blood pumping & heart rate elevated.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates combines the traditional principals and movements of mat Pilates with a Reformer machine. This machine contains a foot bar, carriage, pulleys, and five springs of varying tension that can be adjusted to suit your fitness level or needs. 

Prepare for a full body workout to tone your body. This class is a small group class and run by the incredible Sarelle.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength & conditioning is where you can push yourself harder with heavier weights, focusing on form & technique in a controlled environment.

Bootcamp

This class is the ultimate outdoor class. It is designed to build strength & fitness through a variety of intense group & individual intervals. This class is outdoors so prepare to feel the burn & get sweaty!

Fit 2 Dance

From hiphop, salsa, jazz & disco - we have it all. Get your heart rate up whilst grooving to your fav songs! The motto of the class is "There are no wrong steps", just keep dancing & have a blast! This class is all for all ages, fitness levels & goals.

Yoga & Pilates

Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health.

Pilates uses a combination of approximately 50 simple, repetitive exercises to create muscular exertion. Advocates of this system of exercise claim that exercises can be adapted to provide either gentle strength training for rehabilitation or a strenuous workout vigorous enough to challenge skilled athletes.

Tabata

Tabata is a high intensity interval training. Take your Cardio to the next level with this incredible class.

Total Tone

'Total Tone' is a lower impact, core focused 45 minute workout designed to target all the areas we know mums want to target- including arms, core/abs, glutes & more! There is no jumping, burpees or high impact movements however we can provide modifications for those who want them!

Kids Classes

Our New Kids Classes are aimed to make sure each terms kids are progressing through the ranks and constantly growing strength, posture, balance, agility and more!

We have active kids vouchers to be claimed with parents for our Kids Classes and we are also NDIS approved.

The kids will absolutely love this one!

​Class Terms and Conditions:

​

  • You must book online via our website (www.thegymfactory.com.au) or via our TGF app for all group classes. 

  • Note all class bookings are "first in, first served". If you arrive without booking and the class is full you will not be able to participate in the class.

  • All classes will have a roll call (before commencing) by your class instructor. Please ensure you cancel your booking at least 10 hours prior to the class if you can no longer attend. This will also give other members a chance to fill your spot. 

  • Members who have booked into a class and need to cancel past the 10 hour cut off will need to inform us via email to "info@thegymfactory.com.au" with your reason why. 

  • Members who do not show (without a reasonable excuse), will be noted and 3 strikes will result in a $10 penalty charged through direct debit. This is per 3 no show classes. This ensures that those on the waitlist get a chance to join the class with enough notice. 

  • You can book into classes all the way up until the class commences, so even if it is a last minute decision to join in, you must book in. 

  • Please inform your instructor on arrival if you have any injuries or are pregnant so they are aware & can assist & modify where needed.
