A Bit About Me
I grew up with parents who love sport & a brother who played every sport, so being active was inevitable. If we weren’t playing a sport, we were watching one! With that being said, as I got older I became too obsessed with training & I wasn’t fueling my body enough which is seen a lot especially in young women. Through my studies & training over the years, I have developed a healthy mindset & great appreciation towards my body, inside & out. The gym can be scary & intimidating at first so my goal is to help people become their strongest, healthiest & most confident self!
My mottos in life are simple - 1. Listen to your body, & 2. Workout because you love your body, not because you hate it.
