As a proud Personal Trainer of 5 years here at The Gym Factory, I have found a passion for connecting with my community With a Bachelors Degree in Exercise & Sports Science, I have developed an informed set of skills that allow me to listen, analyse and develop a tailored plan best suited to achieve desired results specific for each client.
The most satisfying aspect of my job is that I can help improve a clients quality of life. This includes setting a foundation of technique, form and exercise execution which has a relative crossover into the real world.
