Lucinda Varney

I am a passionate Northern Beaches based Yoga teacher who has had a personal lifetime practice including Prenatal, Hatha, Vinyasa and Japanese Yoga. After noticing the incredible mental and physical benefits of regular Yoga practice, I embarked on my own Yoga Teacher Training journey. I aim to teach a mindful, safe practice accessible to everyone. My classes are suitable for all levels with variations given to encourage students to tune into their own bodies and do what feels right for them. In one of my classes you will find a combination of meditation, movement and pranayama to help you connect deeply with the mind, body and breath.
